Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to www.ngridenergy.com, operated by nGrid Energy Ltd., Israeli company number 516826179. They explain the conditions for using this informational website. Please read them before using it. If you do not agree to these website terms, please do not use the website.

Website only

These terms are not an electricity-supply agreement, an energy-service agreement or an authorisation to switch your electricity supplier. Submitting a form, uploading a bill or contacting us does not itself enrol you in a service, authorise access to detailed meter data or create a supply contract. Any such arrangement requires a separate agreement and any legally required authorisations.

Website information and proposals

Website content is general information, not a binding offer or a guarantee of eligibility, savings, financial returns, availability or results. Figures and examples depend on their stated assumptions and your circumstances. A specific proposal and the applicable separate agreement govern any agreed commercial terms.

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but content may change or contain errors. Please ask us to confirm information material to a decision. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for statements where that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Permitted use and submissions

You may use the website lawfully to learn about nGrid and contact us. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s information or use the website to infringe rights.

Provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and are entitled to share. If you act for a business or upload a bill containing another person’s details, make sure you have the necessary authority. Do not submit unrelated confidential or sensitive information. You retain your rights in material you submit. Submitting it permits us to handle it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law; it does not grant an unrestricted public or commercial licence to your bill or its contents.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, designs and software are owned by nGrid or used under licence. You may view the website and retain reasonable copies for your own lawful business evaluation. Other copying, publication or commercial exploitation requires the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Marketing permission and non-essential cookie permission are separate choices; agreement to these terms does not provide either. Our Accessibility Statement explains available assistance and the current status of accessibility information.

The website may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their own services. A link does not make us responsible for all third-party content or practices, but does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.

Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, change or suspend website functions and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a warranty that it will meet every particular need.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, nGrid is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of a duty that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. It does not alter rights under a separate customer agreement or mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may revise these website terms and will update the Last Updated date when we do. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. Where notice or agreement is legally required, we will provide or obtain it. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or amend a separate supply agreement.

Governing law and courts

Israeli law governs these terms. Subject to mandatory law and any jurisdiction or venue rights that cannot be excluded, the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these website terms.
